🛒 How can I purchase a work?

Simply choose the artwork you like, click "Add to Cart," and follow the steps in the checkout process.
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or any other available payment method of your choice.


📦 What are the shipping methods and times?

We ship from Spain to the entire country and to selected European countries.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days in Spain and 7 to 15 business days in Europe.

Each piece is packed with great care and protection so that it arrives in perfect condition.


💸 How much does shipping cost?

The cost is automatically calculated when you complete your order.
We offer free shipping on purchases over €300 within Spain (mainland).


🧾 Does the artwork come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. All original works include a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist or the Mutarte curatorial team.


🔁 Can I return a piece if I'm not satisfied?

We only accept returns if the artwork arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered .
If this is the case, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@mutartegallery.com with photos and the order number.


🎁 Can I give a gift to someone else?

Of course! Just indicate during checkout that it's a gift, and if you'd like, you can add a personalized note by writing to us at info@mutartegallery.com with your order number.


🖌️ Can I order a custom piece?

Some artists work on commission.
If you have an idea or would like a custom piece, write to us and we'll coordinate it with the corresponding artist.
